Our commitment is to provide a unique lodging experience, with comfort, sophistication, and attention to every detail. To ensure the best stay for all our guests, we have established the following Terms and Conditions:



1. Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our Reservations Center.
  • To guarantee the reservation, a credit card pre-authorization or advance deposit may be required, depending on the policy applied to the period.
  • Accommodation payment is made upon check-in, unless special conditions have been previously agreed upon.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date will not be charged.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to the full charge of the first night or according to specific booking conditions.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 pm.
  • Check-out: until 12:00 pm.
  • Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Children and Companions Policy

  • One child under 3 years old can be accommodated free of charge using the existing beds in the room.
  • We do not provide extra beds or cribs.
  • Pets are not allowed.

5. Non-Smoking Policy

  • All rooms and indoor areas are smoke-free. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave courteously and respectfully towards other guests and hotel staff.
  • Actions that compromise well-being, such as excessive noise or inappropriate behavior, may result in termination of the stay without refund.

7. Damages and Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Valuables should be stored in the safe provided in the room. The hotel is not responsible for belongings left in common areas or in the room outside the safe.

8. Service Changes

  • The hotel may adjust or temporarily suspend services for operational, maintenance, or safety reasons.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data provided by guests is collected solely for reservations, communication, and service purposes.
  • This information is treated confidentially and will never be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
  • Guests may request the update or deletion of their data at any time, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).

10. General Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.
  • By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
